Breaking the Stigma
In order to fight this stigma, we can take action even in our own little ways. Whether it is by educating yourself, even more, educating others, spreading the word, or showing compassion, we all have the power to contribute in our own simple ways. No matter how you contribute to the mental health movement, you can make a difference simply by knowing that mental illness is not anyone’s fault, no matter what societal stigma says.
