Despite these overwhelming feelings, there are ways you can regain a sense of control when panic strikes. At Wellnite, we want to share as much as we can to help you on your mental health journey.

Learning how to manage anger is a worthwhile and necessary skill to maintain open communication and to cultivate personal awareness. One way to deal with toxic anger is by cultivating awareness.
The merging of ‘home’ and ‘work’, and the ongoing march of technology, is creating an ‘always on’ environment. Whether working when sick or working longer than your specified hours, this causes the line between work and rest to blur. Additionally, it is detrimental to our long-term wellbeing.
Sometimes, struggles with anger are the result of hormonal changes or other mental health issues (PTSD, depression, etc.). If you find yourself unable to get a hold of your anger, or find that your anger is threatening to harm those around you, working with a licensed therapist might be the most productive way forward.
